IQD has launched an ultra-miniature TCXO/VCTCXO. As it stands today only two frequencies are developed 26.0MHz and 54.0MHz which are key for the applications mentioned. We are aiming to get this into Mouser ASAP although stock will not be in place until end of Dec. This is officially being launched at Electronica in November.

The tiny 1.6x1.2mm package is the smallest TCXO/VCTCXO available in the marketplace so it is ideal for customers looking to reduce real estate on the board. This is a digitally compensated TCXO. Not normally used in high precision GPS systems which require analog compensated TCXOs.
